If you are already on a platform that works for your business, we will work with it.

Do I need to already have an email list to get started?

No. If you are starting from zero we can help you set up your ESP, configure list capture forms, and build the flows that convert new subscribers from day one. That said, email and SMS marketing compounds with list size — the larger and more engaged your list, the more revenue each send generates. We will give you an honest assessment of where you are and what to expect based on your current starting point.

What flows do you set up for ecommerce brands?

Is SMS included in the monthly management fee?

Yes. SMS campaign management and flow integration are included in the monthly management fee. SMS sending costs — the per-message fees charged by your ESP — are billed separately by your platform and are not included in our management fee. We will give you a clear estimate of expected SMS sending costs based on your list size and send frequency before we start.

How do you measure success for email and SMS marketing?

We measure success using revenue attributed to email and SMS, flow conversion rates, campaign open and click rates, list growth rate, and deliverability metrics including spam rate and unsubscribe rate. We report on these monthly alongside specific recommendations for the following month. We do not report on vanity metrics like total sends or impressions.

Can you work with my existing ESP or do I need to switch platforms?

We work with your existing ESP in most cases. If your current platform has significant limitations for your goals — for example, if you are on Mailchimp but need advanced ecommerce segmentation and SMS — we will flag that in the audit and give you an honest recommendation. We never push a platform switch unless it genuinely makes sense for your situation.
