What is Done & Indexed?
Done & Indexed is a done-for-you AI content system for WordPress-based small businesses. We build a fully optimized pipeline that configures an AI on your brand voice, automates content distribution to your social channels, and triggers accelerated Google indexing the moment you publish.
Do I need technical experience to use it?
No. We build and configure everything. You receive a full onboarding call and written documentation. After handoff most clients operate the system without any technical knowledge required.
What tools do I need?
You need a self-hosted WordPress site, a Google account, Zapier, Buffer, and your preferred AI tool — Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Magai. All tools are billed directly to you. We handle the setup and configuration.
How long does the build take?
Typically one to two weeks depending on your existing setup. If you already have Zapier, Buffer, and a Google account configured the build moves faster.
What does accelerated Google indexing mean?
Standard Google indexing can take days or weeks after you publish. Done & Indexed uses the Google Indexing API to submit your content directly to Google the moment it goes live, significantly speeding up how quickly your posts appear in search results.
How is this different from just using Buffer?
Buffer schedules posts. Done & Indexed connects your entire publishing workflow. WordPress triggers distribution, AI writes social content in your voice, Buffer pre-fills the post, and Google indexes it automatically. Buffer is one component of a complete system. You still approve and publish each post — Done & Indexed eliminates the formatting and writing work, not the final click.
Do I need ongoing support after the build?
Not necessarily. The system is built to run itself. Most clients operate it independently after handoff. Optional maintenance and support hours are available at $75/hr if anything needs attention — no retainer, no minimum commitment.
Does this work with any WordPress site?
Done & Indexed is built for self-hosted WordPress (wordpress.org) sites only. It does not work with wordpress.com, Squarespace, Wix, Webflow, or other platforms.
Which AI tool should I use?
Any major LLM works — Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Magai. We recommend Magai if you do not have one yet because it gives you access to multiple models plus image generation in one subscription. We train whichever tool you choose on your brand voice during the build.
