Return & Refund Policy

At AI Advantage Agency, we are committed to providing high-quality AI-driven marketing and consulting services. Because our services are digital and involve significant custom research and technical labor, we have established the following guidelines regarding refunds and cancellations.

1. Digital Service Audits & Strategy

For one-time services such as our UCP & Agentic Readiness Audit, all sales are final once the audit has been delivered.

  • Prior to Delivery: If you cancel your order before we have begun the technical audit process, you are eligible for a full refund.

  • Post-Delivery: Once the audit report has been sent to your registered email address, it is considered a completed digital product and is non-refundable.

2. Monthly Subscription Services

For ongoing services, such as our Pro AI Managed Marketing Subscription:

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your client portal or by emailing info@aiadvantageagency.com.

  • Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for the current billing cycle. Upon cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of your prepaid period.

  • Onboarding Fees: Any initial setup or onboarding fees are non-refundable.

3. Custom Software & Infrastructure Development

Due to the intensive resources required for custom development:

  • Deposits for custom AI software projects are non-refundable.

  • If a project is cancelled by the client, AI Advantage Agency will retain all fees paid to date to cover labor and incurred internal expenses.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your success is our priority. If you are dissatisfied with a specific deliverable, please notify us within 7 business days of receipt. We will work with you to perform reasonable revisions to ensure the work meets the original project scope.

We process all valid refund requests within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
